Why have I not received items that have been marked as despatched on my delivery note?

Any large or long length items that you are awaiting will be on a 48 hour service so please allow an extra working day for delivery. It is also possible that your order has been split up in transit so these items may still be delivered the same day or even the following working day. 

If you still don't receive your item/s or it is not a long length item you are waiting for then please contact our Customer Services Team and they will be happy to look into this further for you.
