What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you are unlucky enough to receive an incorrect item then please advise us within 5 working days so we can negotiate the best way in which to proceed.

Whilst this is very uncommon it can happen on the odd occasion, but steps have been put into place to ensure we have a replacement item with you as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
