What do I do if my product develops a fault after 30 days?

If a product develops a fault after 30 days please contact us to inform us. We will then instruct on the best way in which to proceed, it may be beneficial to gather photographic evidence, so this may be requested. 

Angling Direct Ltd reserve the right to return any item to the manufacturer for assessment. The outcome will then depend on how the manufacturer sees fit. Please be aware that once the product is sent back to the manufacturer it can take around 10 & 14 working days to process.

Please note the return of the goods may be at your own expense.

We are not obliged to accept returns of gift cards, books, unsealed audio or video recordings (DVD's) and computer software.
