Usually, the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. Failing this, they may take it to your local Post Office to be collected by you at a later date. We do ask for a signature on everything we send so it is not possible for our courier to leave any parcel in a secure location. If the order has still not been delivered the courier will attempt the following day.
To prevent any of this happening it is possible for you to select an alternative shipping address when you place your order online. You could perhaps provide us with a works address or any other address in which the courier can deliver to obtain a signature.
We strongly recommend that you provide us with a mobile number so we are able to include it on your parcel information. A text message will then be sent out the day before delivery so you know when to expect your order.
