Usually, the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. Failing this, they may take it to your local Post Office to be collected by you at a later date. We do ask for a signature on most deliveries we send so it is not possible for our courier to leave any parcel in a secure location. If the order has still not been delivered the courier will attempt the following day.
We strongly recommend that you provide us with a mobile number so we are able to include it on your parcel information. A text message will then be sent out the day before delivery so you know when to expect your order.
