Whenever a finance application is processed, the deposit is taken before the application can begin. This is to secure your items whilst the application is ongoing. If for any reason an application is declined, your order will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded. This can take around 3-5 days to appear back in your bank account from the day of the order being declined. If after this time you still have not received your refund, then please give us a call on 01603 400870.
