How do I return an unwanted item?

If you are looking to return an item that has been ordered incorrectly or is not suitable for your requirements then the item would need to be returned at your own expense. This would need to be returned to the address at the top of the despatch note along with a cover note to explain how you would like us to proceed (whether it be for a refund or alternative item). If you are local to one of our stores then feel free to return the item/s there. All returns can be processed for an exchange or refund in store, however for refunds the store will need to contact the Central Distribution Warehouse for a refund to be made. To locate your nearest store, please see 'Store Locations' on the website.

When returning an item via post/courier back to the warehouse, please include as many details as possible (full name, address, order number) to make the return process as quick and efficient as possible.
