What do I do if my product becomes faulty within 30 days?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please advise us as soon as possible and we will aim to collect this from you and replace it straight away.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase we will also be able to collect this from you in order to replace the item. 

Angling Direct Ltd reserve the right to return any item to the manufacturer for assessment. The outcome will then depend on how the manufacturer sees fit.

Please note we are not obliged to accept returns of gift cards, books, unsealed audio or video recordings (DVD's) and computer software.
