My order shows as processing, what does this mean?

An order placed successfully via the website or over the phone will have a status of 'Processing' from the time the order successfully clears, up until the point of dispatch. Once your order has been despatched, the order status should then show as 'Complete'.

You can view the status of your order by signing into your Angling Direct account.
