In the unlikely event you have an item arrive damaged, or you are not satisfied with the condition, then please contact us to get the issue rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are a number of ways this can be resolved. We will either offer a Royal Mail returns label where we just ask for you to print and attach to the parcel containing your item. Alternatively, we may arrange for a courier collection, please note collections are only available Monday-Friday and cannot be done at weekends. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure a collection time suits you, unfortunately we aren't always able to be specific with the time of arrival of the courier on your chosen day.
If you have an Angling Direct store nearby then you are more than welcome to return the item to the store. If the store has stock of the faulty item, then and exchange can be done there and then. If they don't have stock of the item then the store can contact the warehouse and we will post a replacement out to you.
