Can I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you decide you no longer require the goods, then please call 01603 400870 and explain you would like to cancel the order. If the order has yet to be dispatched then the team will cancel as requested and issue a full refund. However, if your order has been dispatched then unfortunately we cannot cancel it. In this scenario, if you refuse delivery of the order when delivery is attempted, we will usually issue a refund if you notify us that this has been done. As long as our team can see from the tracking information that the parcel is on it's way back, then a refund will usually be immediately processed. We do reserve the right to refuse an immediate refund pending the parcels return and inspection.
